This modular unit is offered for sale on behalf of the Government of Jersey with no reserve.
The purpose-built unit measures 20ft x 8ft.
Externally, it comprises a lockable entrance door at the front and two small windows, one at each end. Having seen limited use, it remains in very good condition.
Inside, there is a small entrance area leading to the main space through an internal door. The unit is currently fitted with four separate shower cubicles; however, its versatile size and layout allows for reconfiguration to suit a variety of needs.
Please note it is the responsibility of the winning bidder to arrange for the removal of the container unit.
