How it works

Register & Qualify

Create an account and complete a short qualification form. We'll ask how you intend to fund the purchase, your budget range and a few personal details. The process takes just a couple of minutes, and we'll confirm your approval by email.

Browse Current Lots

Explore the auction catalogue, with each property featuring photographs, key information, guide pricing and the auction end date and time. If you'd like to view a property in person, viewings can be arranged through the appointed estate agent.

Place your bid

Once approved, bidding is quick and straightforward. You'll see every bid in real time, and if bidding activity occurs near the auction close, the auction will automatically extend to give everyone a fair opportunity to participate.

Win and complete

If you're the successful bidder when the auction ends, you'll pay the Reservation Fee to secure the property. From there, you'll enter a defined period to progress the transaction through to completion with your solicitor and the estate agent.
