Based on the VW Transporter T6.1, this model is a professionally converted campervan which is kitted out with a fully operational kitchen and sleeping capacity for 4 people. Originally from the Uk, it came to Jersey in 2021 and has covered 40,674 miles.
Exploring the exterior, the bodywork is in excellent condition with no significant blemishes of note. The white paintwork is also presented very well and suits the overall appearance. This model is fitted with an elevating roof which is very discreetly and neatly stowed.
The outside of this campervan is completed with grey 18-inch Calibre wheels, all of which are in excellent condition with no curbing. All four tyres retain a decent amount of tread.
Moving into the cabin, both the front bench seat and drivers’ seat have been replaced during the build process. Covered in a beautiful black and grey tartan fabric with leather and white piping, they’re in excellent condition with no signs of wear. The same can be said for the dash, door cards and mats, along with the electronics which are all in perfect working order including air conditioning, Bluetooth connectivity and parking sensors.
The rear passenger and living area can be accessed through a sliding door on the passenger side. Once inside, the layout features the kitchen along the drivers’ side of the vehicle which includes a double hob, sink, fridge/freezer, worktop space and storage. The seat/bed to the rear has integrated seatbelts as well as incorporating room for under-seat storage.
The elevating roof turns this T6.1 into a 4-berth campervan; the rear seats fold into a large comfortable bed in just two easy movements, and then the roof bed provides a further bed for two people. Other features of this Campervan include LED interior lighting and privacy curtains.
With a full-service history, this VW has been very well cared for by its current owner and received its last full service in May 2023 which included a new cambelt. It’s also booked in for its next service which will be completed before sale.
