This container unit is offered for sale on behalf of the Government of Jersey, with no reserve.
The container measures 20ft x 8ft.
Externally, it comprises a lockable entrance door at the front with two sliding windows on either side, along with two additional sliding windows at each end. The felt roof has been recently replaced to ensure it remains watertight. The unit is presented in used condition, as shown in the photo gallery.
Inside, it offers an open-plan area currently configured for office and canteen use; however, it can be adapted to suit a variety of needs.
Please note, the air conditioning unit and electric vehicle charging point will be removed prior to the sale.
It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to arrange for the removal of the container unit.
